Delivery & Order
When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 24 to 72 hours in business days. It then takes between 8 and 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) depending on the country of shipment for your item to arrive at your home.
In periods of high traffic or during health crises requiring government measures, it is possible that our deadlines are extended by a few days.
Our delivery times are given as an indication and can in no way constitute a firm commitment.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment. If you have any questions or need assistance with tracking, feel free to contact our customer support team.
My order is not complete
Since we have different storage locations and work with different suppliers, you may receive your products in different packages. So don't worry if you don't receive everything at the same time.
However, if you still haven't received your package after 30 business days after ordering, then we will give you a full refund and you can keep the item when you receive it.

Can I cancel or change my order?
We process the orders you place quickly, usually within 12 hours.
For this reason, you have 12 hours after ordering to send a cancellation or modification email to support@shopvizta.com
After this time your items will have already been shipped, so we will not be able to modify your order.
The item I received is broken/defective?
Despite our careful selection of trusted carriers, it is possible that your package arrives damaged.

Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
